A dynamic entrepreneur exploring interdisciplinary areas: neuroengineering, quantum biophysics, nanobiosciences, and neurosciences utilizing engineering technologies and biological/medical knowledge

Research Areas

Human minibrains

The human minibrain includes brain cells in a microfluidic chip. In this lab, not only the brain but also as a gut-brain axis, blood-brain barrier and blood vessels are studied using microfluidic chips.

Neuromodulators

By investigating and researching various signals from neurons and other cells, our lab does research on neurodegenerative diseases and dementia.

Neurological Disorders

Our lab is using microfluidic chips to study neurodegenerative diseases and dementia. These are also have used to study for dementia treatment.
